Mr Satyajit Kanjilal | Founder & CEO

Satyajit Kanjilal, Founder and CEO of Forexserve, is primarily responsible for strategizing various treasury risk management programs for corporate clients of Forexserve.

Prior to setting up Forexserve in 2001, he headed treasury sales at Credit Agricole Bank, Mumbai. He was also a consultant to Central Bank of Sri Lanka for money market operations and was instrumental in setting up dealing desks in India and Sri Lanka.

Over the last decade he has developed Forexserve into a leading Forex and Treasury Solutions Company, with an excellent reputation and brand equity, which has a pan India presence.

With more than three decades in financial markets, Mr Satyajit has a good understanding of currency, interest rate and commodity strategies. He has contributed numerous articles, to increase awareness on Forex, with leading publications and conducted seminars on risk management.

Mr Vivek Gupta | Co-Promoter & Director

Mr Vivek Gupta, Co-Promoter and Director of Forexserve Risk Management Consultants (P) Ltd, New Delhi, is responsible for managing Northern India clients of the company. He joined hands with Forexserve in 2008 to share his vast experience in Risk Management and Treasury Support function, with various companies across verticals. With more than 2 decades of experience offering unique blend of markets understanding, Strategizing and Balance Sheet endurance, his approach to the subject is complete and effective. Within a short span of time, he is advising large corporate treasuries, transacting multi-billion $ volume, in areas of currency & interest rate risk management, interest cost reduction and setting up of treasury best practices.

Previously, he worked as Corporate Treasurer with HCL Infosystems Ltd. and then at Jindal Stainless Ltd, where he dealt with risk management, resource mobilization and funds management.

Vivek graduated from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and then qualified as Chartered Accountant from ICAI in 2000. He has conducted various workshops and seminar as Corporate Trainer and is visiting faculty for ICAI treasury and derivatives certificate program. He strives to connect with people, beyond transaction level.

Ms Sonal Somani Gupta | Associate Director

Sonal Gupta, Associate Director of Forexserve Risk Management Consultants (P) Ltd, New Delhi, is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of experience in the field of finance. As an Associate Director at Forexserve, she has handled large corporate in their requirements for structuring and pricing of derivative structures. She has also been involved in the implementation and compliance of Risk management policies. She belongs to the promoter group as a partner in Kaizan Advisory Services LLP

Apart from Treasury, she has also vast experience in establishment of debt facilities and project finance, financial modelling, legal documentation, raising private equity for the assets including handling due diligences, negotiations etc. Previously she had worked with Dans Energy in the capacity of Executive Director-Finance, ICICI Bank's Treasury Department and started her career with ANZ as M&A Analyst.
